Shipping policy

BySahana uses external, reputable couriers to deliver our goods. All orders will not be dispatched until full payment of goods has been received and confirmed. 

Before placing your order, please check our standard delivery areas, and cut-off timings.

Our standard delivery areas cover the majority of the Sydney Area.  Standard Delivery window – 11 AM to 5 PM. We cannot guarantee a specific time.  If you want an early delivery, please call us, and we will provide the VIP Delivery rates (directly from our delivery partner). 

Please check our delivery areas, If the delivery address is outside our standard delivery area, we will contact you for an additional delivery fee. Please note once orders are placed there will be a credit card processing fee deducted for order cancellations.

It is the client’s obligation to submit the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If the delivery details are incorrect and the order has already been dispatched, BySahana will not refund any payment. If you wish to resend the order, then it will be at full expense.  

In the event goods are damaged or lost in transit, the order will be assessed and replaced at the discretion of BySahana. Please refer to our terms
